　　The Information network system is very important for campus management and administration. It is responsible for providing the following services: news issue, data collection, searching, statistical analysis and messages communication for Stakeholders. For the purpose of supporting campus decision making, management and administration, computer center provides the following services. In application information system aspect, we provide complete, conformability and immediate information systems. In infrastructure aspect, we provide a sufficient, fast, stable, safe campus network environment.

Application information systems
　　We establish various characteristics of Application information system for teachers, students and administrative department. First, the digital life care system is built that makes our students quickly integrating into the local life. Second, we provide an interactive environment and integrate IT for effective teaching, learning and research for teachers and students. Finally, in order to improve administrative efficiency, the administrative processes are computerized and the administrative information systems are integrated into a consistent architecture.

How to make the students and their parents to feel relieved is very important. We expect to create a life information platform that is responsible for providing the following services: a comprehensive, convenient and comfortable life information exchange methods; assisting students to know the information of related activities in the school and active participation, enhancing the centripetal force of students.
　
In order to provide synchronous and asynchronous forms of teaching for the different characteristics students, the high-quality interactive E-learning environment is constructed. We expect to reach some objects between teachers and students such as curriculum inquiry, discussion, comments published and information resource sharing. We expect to educate students with the competitive ability and employment ability under this high-quality interactive E-learning environment.
　
The Computer Center can enhance the administrative function of Web-based information system through computerizing administrative processes.

Information infrastructure
- In order to provide a dynamic computing environment and high-speed networking infrastructure for the University's community, the computer center upgrade the bandwidth network backbone equipment and build Gigabit Ethernet (GigaEthernet) campus network platform. It can provide variety of network applications bandwidth requirement in the future. For example, online learning systems, Internet phone and so on.
  　
- In order to enhance degree of organization safety and to practice the key elements of information security systems that the Ministry of Education emphasizes, the information security and control mechanism is established. In addition, we had finished the ISO27001: 2005 certification through continuous improvement after regular safety audits.
  　
- Through strengthening and controlling network traffic and network protocols, we protect Internet intellectual property rights in the Da-Yeh University.
  　
- In order to improve the teaching resources and information technology equipment, we update computer software and hardware equipment and expand the network host resources base on teaching needs.
